Shipping policy

We ship most of our products worldwide, and here's the best bit: Spend $60, and shipping is 100% free within the U.S.!

 

As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders directly from the factory, small business, or artisan where our products are made.  We pride ourselves on working with woman-run small businesses whenever possible.


Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.


All orders placed on Gynarchy Shops are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped, here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:


  • Domestic  7-30 Business Days
  • International 🌎 12-35 Business Days


Some items are made to order just for you and will take a little more time to process. Check the product descriptions for details.

When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.  

 


Shipping Disclaimers:

  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order.
  1. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  1. Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
  1. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered." If your tracking shows your package was delivered, but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
  1. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
  1. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will, however, issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
  1. Our fulfillment centers: Orders typically ship from directly from the individual artisans or factories where they are made.  Most are in the U.S. with some of our suppliers in Canada, Europe, and China.  
  1. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable.
