Ingredients: Epsom salt, Dead Sea mineral salt, baking soda, organic therapeutic grade lemongrass essential oil, organic therapeutic grade lavender essential oil.
Directions: Fill a foot tub with warm water and add a handful of salt. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work. Drink water before and after the bath. Relax and unwind in the soothing waters. Soaking the foot in Dead Sea salt encourages dermal absorption of minerals, and Epsom salt aids in calming muscles and eliminating toxins.
