Red Iron Goddess Oolong Loose Leaf Tea
Lemongrass Hibiscus Oolong tea is also known as the red iron variety of tea. It is oxidized halfway as opposed to green tea, which is not oxidized at all, and black tea, which is fully oxidized.
I combined it here with a bright Lemongrass and sprightly hibiscus for a flavor profile leaning toward citrus.
